...See more Hi im a teen who has social aniexty, and i dont really know what i should start by saying but its been a while since i have had it and the worst part of it is school, its really hard for me to communicate with others there or sitting next to someone in class and i keep thinking everyone is staring at me and judging me even outside of school, but after socializing i feel fine and dont have to worry its just that its always repeating for me, i even try to tell myself that this world is just my imaginary, like when i go to school i feel so much stress and my heart keeps pounding fast, when i leave i feel very fine and normal i wish social anixety was never a thing... when i was a lot younger i used to be very social and i could make friends easily it breaks my heart what my younger self would think of me now, it really sucks i even have had some bad thoughts because of it.. i just hope for my future that it goes away, people are very lucky who have never had it, also does anyone feel the same or is it just me.😞 i hope someones sees this.
