Bathroom issues

...See more Since i was little i have always been embarrassed of having to use the bathroom. But as i got older it just kept getting worse. I am afraid I will have to poop or pee and there wont be a toilet. It is ruining my life and creating problems for me to enjoy my life. I get very bad anxiety when i know i have to go out and theres not a bathroom close by. When i go into a store first thing i do is to look to see where theres a restroom. My life is being controlled by this and its super embarresing so i have not told anyone. When im driving im constantly saying okay i can stop at that gas station if i need to or i can do this if i need to go. What am i suppose to do to get over this? I have tried many things to get over this.
