...See more i feel stuck like my life is in a never ending loop, one day i’m happier than ever and the next i’m so depressed i can’t even take care of my dog or eat and it never ends. i’ve struggled with MDD since i was 9-10 and i thought i got better but it’s been almost a decade and it never ends. my whole mood depends on the people around me and their feelings i don’t see value in myself unless other people do first, i feel like all of my friends hate me right now and like i’ll never find a guy for me. i just feel worthless and like a failure. i don’t have a job i barely got into college and nothing i’ve ever done has felt good. i hate how much i struggle with myself but i hate talking about the things i struggle with i just feel so weird saying things about my mental health to other people. i’m constantly anxious about the future, or if i even have one with how things are going, i want so many things but i can never find the motivation or energy to get them i can barely get out of bed most days. i constantly struggle with myself body image, feeling like i’m not a real person or like nothing is real, depression, anxiety, self harm, addiction and ptsd every single day and i don’t know how to make it stop i’m barely 18 and i just want to give up i’m out of options.
