...See more its so hard to say those words. its so hard to accept they're true. i've been going over it a lot in therapy and never knew how much it effected me.  i was abused by a friend. it was mostly emotional, mostly manipulation. it lasted five years. sometimes it was sexual and sometimes physical. it was always terrible. i dont know what i mean to gain by posting this, i think i just want to get it off my chest
