its so hard to say those words. its so hard to accept they're true.i've been going over it a lot in therapy and never knew how much it effected me.

i was abused by a friend. it was mostly emotional, mostly manipulation. it lasted five years. sometimes it was sexual and sometimes physical. it was always terrible.

i dont know what i mean to gain by posting this, i think i just want to get it off my chest

Hi m0thy.I'm very sorry to hear you've had to deal with this. Having the strength to talk about it shows alot about your character. I have some personal experiences that are similar, and I know that just being able to talk about it can make you feel better.

If you ever want anyone to talk, I'm here to listen!

Hi Mothy!! It is always better to share your feelings and let them out. You took a positive step by doing that. It is very hard to forget the past but take one step at a time to move forward. Talk about your bad experience. Take up a new activity or do things that you like to do. Make constructive use of your time. We all are there for you. Just don't give up and remain positive.
