How many calories?

...See more right, so I RARELY visit this site and this is the first time i've created an account, so this may be in the wrong category.. ... im constantly worried about the calories I eat everyday breakfast: cup of 2% fat milk lunch: green boiled peas (perhaps 100- something grams?? I'm really not sure about the quantity, but it's nearly half a bowl) dinner: half of a small apple anyways as how many calories is this ? Is it too much?? if so, I'm ready to cut down. also please don't comment things such as "this is unhealthy; you need your nutrients" because I have been hospitalized and I know it's not very healthy but being thin is my priority so write down only the number of calories. Thank you!!
