How many calories?
right, so I RARELY visit this site and this is the first time i've created an account, so this may be in the wrong category.. ...
im constantly worried about the calories I eat everyday
breakfast: cup of 2% fat milk
lunch: green boiled peas (perhaps 100- something grams?? I'm really not sure about the quantity, but it's nearly half a bowl)
dinner: half of a small apple
anyways as how many calories is this ? Is it too much?? if so, I'm ready to cut down. also please don't comment things such as "this is unhealthy; you need your nutrients" because I have been hospitalized and I know it's not very healthy but being thin is my priority
so write down only the number of calories. Thank you!!
Hey how old r u?
Do you want to be thin or do you want to be dead? Nutrients is way more important than being thin. Your body runs in those nutrients. Our bodies were not designed to be thin they were designed to survive and we survive on nutrients. You can eat as much or as little as you like but make sure your are getting what you need first and not your wants.

Will this maintain weight? No.
This 2007 Study from Kaye et al shows that mean caloric intake for patients with anorexia nervoa (nonbulimics) is around [edited' Calories in order to remain at a stable weight (not gaining or losing).
It's important for to stress this because if you are eating 25% the necessary calories for your body to function, the worst case scenario is that you are hospitalized again. Inpatient care can be really scary, a lot scarier than eating even.
Talking to one of our listeners about the fixation on thinness can also be helpful
*hugs*
