...See more hi, i’ve recently joined 7cups because everything has been overwhelming and i don’t have any outlet to express my feelings. i have a rocky relationship with my mother and this has recently affected my eating habits. it has been difficult for me to eat food even when i’m alone, and i constantly think about the food i ate. comparing my friends to myself has also pushed me to see my body negatively. i feel like no matter how hard i try, i cannot achieve my ideal body shape and this has led to disappointment and desperation. i really don’t know what to do.
