...See more I did a good thing today! I did a 10 minute work out. I know it isn't much, but it is more than I did yesterday. I just keep reminding myself of the quote Nothing changes if nothing changes. Saying that has helped me shift my mindset. I want to look and feel my best for my wedding come this summer/fall. I am the only person who can create change within myself! What quotes or thoughts motivate/inspire you to keep working out?
