Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes
I did a good thing today! I did a 10 minute work out. I know it isn't much, but it is more than I did yesterday. I just keep reminding myself of the quote Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Saying that has helped me shift my mindset. I want to look and feel my best for my wedding come this summer/fall. I am the only person who can create change within myself!
What quotes or thoughts motivate/inspire you to keep working out?

@raymond1203 I know this was yesterday, but I am happy to report I had a better day! My partner and I attended some live music and it was just what I needed.

oh that’s awesome! i would love to do something like that. idc what kinda music i just have fun at events. it’s been a long time since i been anywhere tho. who did you see…what kinda music is it??
@raymond1203 It was a battle of the bands! I didn't know any of them. However, I thoroughly enjoyed them all. They were all a little different. There were folk bands, country bands, and even punk-pop (idk how else to explain it) bands. If you see any local music near you, I highly recommend. Live music is always fun :)
i live very close to a big city that has allllot of live local stuff like that. prob not rn bc it’s so cold and snowy. but i do really need to get out to more stuff. i always loved live comedy and there’s some great comics here.

@madiisun hey mad!! how ya feeling? sorry you’re so sick. i caught this stomach bug going around my area and was in real bad shape but i was back on my feet the next day. it was so brutal tho lol
today is muuuuch warmed. little a chilly spring day. loving it. def going to the gym tonight

@madiisun just got outta work getting rready for the gym now. i have something on my mind i need to work out. i had a beautiful dinner with a friend the orher day and i feel like i bombed it. i couldn’t get comfortable and this is with a very dear friend. it was the first time i did anything like this in years. i was very isolated when i was in my last relationship. this all feels so awkward. tbh if it was aaaaanyone else i would not care one bit. but this friend is extraordinary and i feel like i embarrassed myself and pushed her farther away. a lot of times this kinda stuff is just in my head but im pretty certain that was a nightmare or a date
