Hi! I've discovered 7 cups a few months ago and I was amazed by how beautifully calming this website is. I'm so glad you've also found this website.
I try to help people the best I can. The people I usually help the most are those with depression, and/or anxiety. I have social anxiety myself. I know what it feels like to feel completely alone when all you want is to speak your thoughts to someone. I'm here to listen and I'll do the best I can.
