...See more I have GAD and it's getting worse. I cannot stop being afraid of death. Everynight I am awake crying. I force myself to stay awake because I don't want to sleep. I'm too afraid. I don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to die. I want to be happy, I want to be able to live but it's taking over my life. How do I get help?
