...See more ive been disassociating badly again. nothing feels right, being inside of this body doesnt feel right. its not that i feel i was born in the wrong body, its that i feel i was born in the wrong place, wrong planet, wrong time, wrong species, wrong everything, nothing feels right and i feel extremely apathetic towards everything. nothing makes sense and i feel incredibly disconnected. i am not my body i feel like my personality doesnt match my appearance and i hate how i look. i cant get through 5 minutes without thinking about how disgusted i am by my body, and how i hate being stuck in this flesh prison. ive noticed a depressive episode creeping up on me for a while and now its taken me by full force. im extremely paranoid, low energy, unmotivated, and insecure, and i dont know how to controll or stop it.
