...See more Hey, I'm constantly playing with my hair and I have been doing this for many years now. Normally I just rip off the broken ends of my hair bit for 3 weeks now Ive started ripping the whole hair our and today I realised that it gets visible now. I don't want to keep doing it because of how I will look then. But it does make me feelore relaxed and I really like it while doing it. It is very hard to stop when this anxious feeling comes up and you just want to do it to feel better. It's just really hard to stop but I really want to:(

...See more Hey friends:), I started my first real diet in the begging of last year, and after loosing weight I gained weight again. By now I am puking every week or every two weeks and I also started to eat alot of food without swallowing but spitting it out again (it helps me to avoid vomiting but is not very healthy either). I want to stop but also don't have so much energy inside of me but that's what it takes to work on yourself and to make it eventually. I'm just tired of my brain.
