...See more Im feeling really down lately😞 I feel as though all of my thoughts and emotions are weighing me down and have drained my energy completely. I put so much pressure on myself towards the end of last year to make this year amazing, however all that this year has brought is major anxiety and sadness😕 I am just so tired of feeling anxious and drained, and its affecting my friendships and everyday activities.
