Hi! I know I'm not a licensed therapist or anything, but I know what it feels like to feel like you have no one to hear you, to feel silenced, that you listen to others and feel like they don't listen or don't care, or feel like you can't speak out. So I'm here for that, and while I may not have experienced it, I will try my best to understand and offer just a ear to listen and offer the comfort of someone hearing you for you, no matter what! I am apart of the LGBTQ+, and have experience in managing emotions, anxiety, bipolor disorder, and family/work stress.
