MISSING: Motivation

...See more I seem to have lost my motivation. I can’t seem to bring myself to do tasks I’m perfectly capable of doing. I know I will feel so much better if I just wash the dishes or wake up in the morning or do laundry. Every time I try to convince myself that a healthy choice is better than a choice that may not really be contributing to my wellbeing, I always come up with a reason to stay stagnant. I find it difficult to do the things I love doing, and it’s just such a bummer. Some days are easier than others, but sometimes all the things we do in our lives to keep it running can feel so overwhelming.
