...See more Ive been with my current boyfriend nearly a year now and I get mega anxiety when he goes out drinking with his friends. I worry about girls and that hes safe and okay. He has never once given me a reason to doubt him, he is the perfect guy. But I cant help it. Im an insecure person and Ill admit it. Id rather him be with me. But thats because I miss him when hes out (we dont live together so I see him the day after a night out) whenever Ive been off with him about going out Ive instantly regretted it after weve spoken about it just because I realise how silly Im being. But the anxiety starts a few days before hes due to go out, his friends are not my kind of people (all guys btw) even writing this i feel better. I think I get jealous, I dont really have any friends, or the ones I do never ask me to do anything, so Im always the one trying to make plans and theyre always too busy. I really do love him, but Ive been hurt in the past and I dont want to be hurt again so maybe Im just trying to protect myself but going about it the wrong way? I know worrying and getting anxious isnt going to change anything its just going to make me feel rubbish. But I just cant help it.
