...See more My ex almost relationship has recently unblocked me and we've started talking again. We both did growing in the 3 months apart, however due to different reasons. While telling me she doesn't trust me, she still told me about all the trauma that accord while we were apart. Eventually she ended up in a mental institution due to a complete breakdown. Judging by the timeline she unblocked me almost immediately after completing her therapy. I've decided to help her through her issues and be there for her, however every now and then things become to much and she loses control and needs space. While getting the space she says she doesn't even know why she unblocked me. I genuinely believe she actually doesn't know why. It triggers a lot of the old anxiety and overthinking issues I used to have the first time around and I don't know how to combat them this time
