...See more HELLO IM A MALE 25 yo I’ve been dealing with depression since i was 15yo my depression was manageable it wasn’t that bad at that moment i used to suffer with ibs too which it gets triggered by stress i was still ignoring all the symptoms i was doing alot off things i was active practicing sports hanging out my friends but i always felt that i wasn’t alright when i turned 22 yo i was in the university and i had exams still remember it was traumatizing i had my first panic attack i felt like i was dying went straight to the hospital they gave me some valium shots felt sleepy the doctor said it was just a panic attack my dad took me back home ,since that time my life changed 360 i was having bad nightmares depressed all day social anxiety my personality changed i lost all my friends ,quit school felt like a different one i went to many psychiatrists they gave me some meds tried many ssris snris non of them helped its been 3 years and i live this misery lately I’m having alot of suicidal thoughts i feel so exhausted even to write this i came to a realization ,though i hate this world and i don’t want to be part of it if someone here can give me hope or a success story i really need it
