Friend, there is always hope ❤ And this is coming from someone who has serious financial and legal troubles. Yes, I might have to go to jail over finances. I might lose my home, everything... I've been going through a downward spiral for the last two years. One bad thing after another. Just found out my Dad has cancer. I can tell you that life is a series of ups and downs. It gets better! I believe that my situation will get better and so will yours if you keep trying. Every day I work towards improving it, whether it's doing paperwork to get help with the electric bill or take my prescribed meds.

I, too, have Panic Disorder and have suffered panic attacks. They were worse when I was younger, but I've learned how to manage them. I found that splashing cool water on my face, drinking a glass of water and getting up and walking around helped to ease them. And of course, deep breathing to calm down.

Try everything. Mindfulness, therapy, distractions, coping skills, exercise, postings at 7cups, whatever you can think of. Just know that things will be alright. Don't give up!
