...See more Lately I've been in my own head over some of the silliest things. I've been overreacting to things with friends and in my relationship that should be easy to drop, but for some reason I continue to tell myself that there's something wrong. That there's some unresolved issue, and in turn I end up making it into a bigger issue. Unfortunately, in my relationship, if there is an arguement or disagreement between the two of us my partner would rather be alone as where I'd rather talk to them. It's been very difficult for me to handle this as it has never been something that went well for me in past relationships. So instead of just letting them do their own thing I start to panic, get myself all worked up and then can't get out of my own head. I'm worried that I'm just sabotaging my relationship at this point and I don't really know what I can do for self care. I try to distract myself, but I still end up feeling not great. How do you guys cope when you're on your own...? I could honestly use some ideas.
