...See more t’s been three months since I lost my dear father. It was always my biggest fear, and it happened right before my eyes. Now, I’m trying to take things day by day, staying strong for my mother and siblings. I overthink all day and struggle to be present (I’ve always been like this, but it has gotten worse). I need to study every day to pass a big exam so I can work, but at the same time, I can’t process the pain. I don’t know how to function in my daily life. All I think about is the distant future and how my father won’t be there—it’s really painful.
