...See more hey everyone! I'm new here. I had a very bad day today. I tried to bring myself to make the desicion to go to a therapist but I just can't bring myself to do it because you know... anxiety. The thing is I get very anxious about anything that can make me look like a fool in front of people. But it's so weird. Because i know in my head that that doesn't make sense and I actually don't care if people don't like me or not like fuck them! In my head, I don't care if I ran into my neighbours when I'm leaving or if I say something silly to my friends or if I post something stupid online because I KNOW that no one cares about those things.. But STILL the feeling is there, I avoid social situations, I avoid speaking, etc. And when I do those things, afterwards I get home and I have this uneasy feeling for hours or days even if nothing weird happens. I can't concentrate, I can't even watch tv because I can't stop thinking. And either I don't sleep or I sleep as much as I can. But, anyway, today was crazy because I got all those feelings for no reason at all. Does working out help you guys? I feel like it helps me: If I get my sleeping schedule in order and exercise a bit in the morning and I keep it up then I feel like I get a little better, but when I fuck that schedule up, the feelings get worse and worse. :(
