How do I get over him

...See more Myself and my partner have had a very complex relationship from the start, lots of complications from him loosing his business due to covid, jealous exs but in the 2 years we have been together we have over come everything yo be together it hasn't been easy but dispite everything we were happy when we were together. My previous partner and I have a child together and since we split he has tried to cause nothing but problems for us, he suffers badly with mental health so I have always been supportive of him and tried to remain friendly for our daughter but he recently cauaed a big problem that led to an argument between me and my currant partner....my partner walked out said he had had enough and needed time to think and sort things out in his head We didn't speak in person for 3 weeks only by phone and message and when we met up yo talk he said he needed a longer break as things had been bothering him for a while....13 days later he was with someone else...he daua he still loves me but can't be with me as things are too hard. He's told me now we are over and after 7 weeks he is now in a relationship with someone else. I'm so sad because I didnt see it coming, I thought we were going yo be together forever....how do I move on , how do I get over this loss and betrayal when all I want is for him yo come back to me.

...See more My ex left me 3 months ago...he moved out of our house becsuse he said he was having a bad time mentally and needed time and doaxe to sort his head out snd think. Fir weeks he said he was coming back he just needed time and only saw me to see his daughter. This was really hard on me as at first he kept in contact daily with phone calls and messages and I trued to support him and let him have the time he needed but last we he said he was seeing someone else and she made him happy...I am heartbroken but don't want to feel sad all the time, how do I move on?
