...See more My ex and I “broke up” around February last year but we still kept talking daily since then for about a year. We knew it was wrong and kept it secret from everyone. We relied on each other’s support a lot through quarantine and basically had a “fake” relationship the entire time. We’ve argued a lot and we both know we aren’t going to end up together but she’s blaming me for wasting her time the entire year. She wants to stop talking like we do but whenever I bring it up she lashes out on me and says terrible things and I’m not sure what to do. We’ve tried to stop talking before because we know it’s unhealthy but she freaks out every time and says I’ve wasted her time and lll never change. At this point I know we can’t keep talking but there’s no way for me to end it without her getting wildly angry at me for everything.
