...See more Few months back, I went through an emotional breakdown. I have experienced two different traumas during my childhood. Due to this, I have been suffering from Anxiety attacks for the last 15 years . I have always been an ambitious person. I had a big dream. For me, my career was very important. But , after going through that emotional breakdown, I have lost interest and hope in my previous ambition. Because of this , my career is now in total mess. How to again gain back my inspiration and hopes in my lost ambition ? How to focus on my career ? Please help me.
