Few months back, I went through an emotional breakdown. I have experienced two different traumas during my childhood. Due to this, I have been suffering from Anxiety attacks for the last 15 years . I have always been an ambitious person. I had a big dream. For me, my career was very important. But , after going through that emotional breakdown, I have lost interest and hope in my previous ambition. Because of this , my career is now in total mess. How to again gain back my inspiration and hopes in my lost ambition ? How to focus on my career ? Please help me.

hey!

i can understand that the emotional impact has quite heavily impacted your passion for your career, as well as your career itself. i can't tell you what you should or shouldn't do, because it's not my place to do so. however, from my own experiences, if there's one thing that i've learned, it's that every single big emotional struggle i've been through has changed me as a person. i have grown to become a better, wiser version of me each time and more often than not, i have noticed a change in my behaviours and my interests. i've outgrown things that i thought i absolutely loved, and it's a possibility that you might have, too. while that may sound like a hard thing to accept, it will make your current reality easier. it's okay to outgrow passions. maybe the problem is that you're asking the wrong questions. ask yourself what you want right now. discover yourself and what it is that you think is worthy of your time now. maybe you'll discover something even better!

at the same time, it's possible that you'll realise that you truly want to continue pursuing your old passion- and that's okay too. what's important is to truly allow yourself to reflect on this before coming to a decision, instead of forcing yourself to look for inspiration and motivation.

i'm sure you will be able to figure it out :)

If it is possible just try to think whether you are still interested in the same ambition...if the and is yes you can think of why you started in the first place? Or what made you thinking like that.. som3times going back to the root helps... But whatever you decide just dont be hard on yourself if you find change in your plans.. I know it must have exhausted you inside but lets try to break it down...
