...See more I have anxiety from past few weeks. I even missed my college for around 1 month. I missed 2 appointment of my dentist and I have to visit him on Wednesday, i don't have courage to go to the dentist. I have my speech on Thursday. I am feeling very nervous and whenever I step outside I get anxiety. I don't have courage to do anything. I feel depressed all the time .what should I do? Pls help. I feel sad all the time , only negative thoughts come into my mind. I have lost my friends due to this. I am not able to concentrate on anything. i have problem of overthinking. Anyone there for emotional support pls help.
