I hear you. And I want you to know that you're not alone in this truly, you're not. What you're feeling right now is real, and it's heavy, and it's okay to admit that you're struggling. You're not weak for feeling this way. You’re a human being carrying a lot right now, and it makes sense that it feels overwhelming. Anxiety can be paralyzing. Even the smallest things—like going to a dentist or stepping outside can feel like climbing a mountain. And when that pressure builds up, it’s so easy to feel like everything is falling apart. But I want you to pause for a moment, breathe, and hear this you’re doing the best you can with what you have right now and that is enough. It’s okay that you missed college. It’s okay that you missed appointments. You are not a failure. You're someone trying to navigate a storm that most people don’t see and that takes immense strength. You haven't given up. You're still here. You're still reaching out. That matters more than you think. The speech on Thursday, the dentist on Wednesday they feel like too much right now, and maybe they are. So let’s not look at the entire week as one huge challenge. Just focus on getting through today. Even if all you did was get up, brush your teeth, or drink water that is a win. Small steps are still steps. You may have lost friends, but you have not lost your worth. The right people will understand, and new connections will come when you're ready. For now, you are what matters most. Be gentle with yourself. You deserve kindness from others, yes, but especially from yourself. If you can, talk to someone you trust a friend, family member, or a counselor. There are also helplines and mental health professionals who truly care and want to support you. You don’t have to go through this alone and when your mind is filled with those loud, negative thoughts, try to gently challenge them. Say This feeling is here now, but it will pass. I am not my thoughts. I am not my anxiety. I am still worthy, even when I’m struggling." I'm proud of you for reaching out. I’m proud of you for feeling all of this and still holding on. You are stronger than you know and there is a way forward, even if you can’t see it yet. Sending you warmth and strength. You're not alone. One breath at a time you’ve got this. 💛
That was really sincere and heartfelt advice you gave. You are a very caring soul. ❤️
Thankyou so much
Listen to peacefulbraveheart and to FossilFellow. They are really insightful and caring people. It is okay to feel anxious. Our feelings are not under our control. Just remember you are not your feelings or your thoughts. It helps to notice you are having a feeling of anxiety and then just to curiously observe it without judging it or reacting to it. It will soon pass and you will have learned that there is no reason to fear a thought or feeling and that will give you more confidence to go out and be with people and do things.
@neha16 I'm sorry you're feeling this way. Please know that you're not alone in this, and your feelings truly matter 🤍
I hope you have a great time here 🍀 and things start to feel lighter 🤍 Sending lots of love your way! ❤️❤️
I am in the same situation and it’s hard to explain what happens to other people who don’t experience this. I am with you
