...See more I haven't had any relationships in 5 years. It's such a painful aching hole sometimes, and I can't make sense of it. I genuinely have no-one, I don't think I've ever had anyone, who truly saw me. I feel so detached so often, and it's really exhausting. It's so hard to even try and talk to people, because I'm so anxious, and vulnerability triggers a complete mental shutdown in me, so even if I knew what to say, my throat would lock up before I could say it. Not to mention I live in a remote area, so there aren't places to meet people anyways. Exercise and journaling keeps me busy, distracted, for a while, but only for a while.  I haven't been in school for the past 3 years, but I started at a vocational college again this year. Only after a month though, I'm pretty much burnt out. I don't think I can succeed as long as I'm in this mental state. I'm just tired of it all, I can't see how any of it could get better.
