...See more I have 5 kids and I feel like I am failing them. This makes my already prominent anxiety worse. I try my best but often feel it is not good enough for them. I often end up yelling I have even hit my oldest son when we got into a screaming match (trust me I know just how freaking terrible this is, I dont need judgement I need someone to talk to). I get so overwhelmed somedays i wish i knew the trigger so that I could avoid it. I havent felt this low in a couple of week.
