...See more Hi, this is my first time listing here. I have been on depression and anxiety meds for a couple of years now and I start feeling better and then get another deep bout of depression that makes me think I will never get better. I feel so discouraged. I feel like a burden on my husband and like I'm bad for my son to see like this. I am not being a good employee, good wife, or good mom. I just want to sleep because that is all I have energy for. I'm physically and emotionally drained. I just don't know what to do to turn the corner in healing. It's such a lonely struggle and it seems never ending 😭 Having a really hard time this week in particular and I don't know how to stop this cycle.
