...See more Hi guys, Is it normal to experience ongoing dizziness because of anxiety? The dizziness just came to me out of no where 7 months ago and it has not gone away since. I've had hearing tests done at ENTs and blood tests too but there wasnt a problem. Before these 7 months, I also noticed that I'd get dizziness when I'm stressed or anxious. But it would go away after a nap. Is there anyone out there who experienced what I'm going through now? It's hard to live with the dizziness all day, some days are better while some days it's worse..
