Dizziness 24/7

Hi guys,

Is it normal to experience ongoing dizziness because of anxiety? The dizziness just came to me out of no where 7 months ago and it has not gone away since. I've had hearing tests done at ENTs and blood tests too but there wasnt a problem.

Before these 7 months, I also noticed that I'd get dizziness when I'm stressed or anxious. But it would go away after a nap.

Is there anyone out there who experienced what I'm going through now? It's hard to live with the dizziness all day, some days are better while some days it's worse..

I would do some online Research related to dizziness. The exception is if your a hypochondriac (LoL) Don't Google symptoms then

The way I see it... knowledge is Power. A vast amount of medical info is easily available on the internet. It may provide some clues as to what might be going on

Reading up on it, may give you some insight as to what questions to ask a Doctor also

@ngclaudia95 so I've been dizzy for a month now and did you have a test at the ENT to see if your inner ears are functioning? Because my ENT found out that my right inner ear failed so I lost half my balance system. I've started physical therapy to train my brain and body not to be dizzy and teach my left inner ear to do all the work. Hope you get better because I know how awful the constant sea sickness is
