...See more hi, i don’t know if this the right place to post this. Im new here and need some advice. The last few days has been hard for me. I can’t enjoy day to day task anymore as there an intrusive thought of what happen to me after death keep crawling back to my mind and sometimes it just cause me to freak out and a hard time breathing. It there anything i can do to mitigate and bring my mood up. Any help is aprecciated. Thanks for your time . P/S: sorry for type error, english is not my native language
