...See more Hey all! I’m trying to be better about opening up and talking about how I feel. This year has been a difficult one for me. I lost my father, I lost my job a few months after for all the time I missed while he was in the hospital and I find myself struggling these days to do basic tasks and find happiness in any situation. What are some things you do to help get yourself moving every day? I have started writing and just taking some time for myself every morning to focus on positive things and not listening to my mind as much. Music has also been a decent help! Open to any advice & I am here for anyone who needs to vent or talk as well. love to you all. ❤️
