...See more My 7 year relationship ended a couple of months ago. My boyfriend already had someone else lined up before he told me he was done and wasnt happy, and he wanted to do his own thing. It happened all of a sudden and I didnt see it coming. We share a 5 year old daughter together and it is super hard dealing with all the changes. I have never been this hurt and trying to make it through each day. Im really struggling to get over it while it seems he has moved on. I know she had been around my daughter already and I cant stop the intrusive thoughts and obsessing over what is going on in his life. I know I have to move on but its so hard when I have to stay in contact because of our daughter. I dont really have anyone who understands this situation and anyone who can give some insight or encouragement that has been through this would be greatly appreciated! I have started some meds and I am talking to a therapist and that helps some, but I am a very anxious person and its exhausting dealing with this brain of mine.
