I’m a 18 year old girl I love with my mom and family and recently had a death in the family as well as my mom struggling with health issues and I’ve been having death feelings I’ve had as a kid where I’m scared of death and where I’m scared knowing nothing lasts forever and I don’t know how to change it I want the constant fears gone I’ve tried distracting myself and going out and hanging out with my family and talking it out and it never goes away I want it to stop so bad
