I'm a survivor of rape and sexual assault from Intimate Partner Violence. Throughout my recovery, I have had a complex relationship with sex. I'm grateful to say that it has now become an empowering part of my healing process. I live in recovery with CPTSD and believe that everyone can find a way to balance their battles in order to have a fulfilling life.
I am an advocate for sex-positive and judgment-free mental health support. Having experience in adult entertainment, I am a proud ally for sex-workers!
I also am an Ally Advocate and write programming with a non-profit called NoStigmas, which is based in peer support, lived experience, and suicide prevention.

- I love cats (I have three rescues)
-I am a homebaker (big GBBO fan)
-I hold a Red Belt Tae Kwon Do (testing for Black this year!)
