...See more I want to ask for help but I don't know how to talk about it. I don't know who the right person to talk to is and I don't know how to open up about what's been happening. I don't want to hurt anyone I love by showing them this part of me but It feels out of my control and I'm only going to hurt them more by continuing. I want to get better, now more than ever but I'm emotionally overwhelmed and I feel stuck.
