...See more Hey, I'm a 20 year old guy and I come to realise I have some body related problems. I count calories because I am afraid to get fat, and according to bmi or fat % thing clearly states that my body is athletic. Still I have this problem of Eating right and just enough and feel I have to train every day, the days I don't I feel I can't eat much since I gain fat and get unattractive. I just don'til know how to come with this even though friends say the oppostite.
