Something about adhd and parents saying not believing i guess

...See more Hello, I just wanted to say this since I cried earlier that my mom didn’t believe I might have adhd but I’m struggling now for some reason in vertical additions or just simple mental math (because kumon told me too :sob:, and yes I mainly use headphones whenever I do mental math) and its been really hard and getting more harder as I continue more and more into this teenage years thing.  I started researching about adhd when I was 11, now around 15-16 ish, I feel like that this possible adhd is affecting me so much that I start to forget often and losing words at times which makes me do the charade game thing. I wasn’t usually like this as a kid or before like 14 there something with this noise are too much or I feel physical sensations and usually my problems were just mild and I usually forget and just smile away, and now I just can’t, earlier at school the aircon was humming which was the least problem but the echo of the classroom was so loud I can’t hear the teacher but the others can but when I started doodling I suddenly somehow started hearing the teacher better.. which was weird.. I really don’t know if this just “I need to fix my schedule thing and exercise more and cut sugar more” as what my mom is saying or a sigh to get an adhd assesment.. but the problem is.. how am i going to get that since im still a minor.. P.S. Sorry for dumping and venting too much.. i just wanna know if you guys also had the same experience
