My Car Accident Experience

...See more I am 19 years old and I just recently experienced my first car accident. I received a facial fracture, skull fracture, broken finger, severe concussion, a laceration to the head and 2 black eyes. It was on a bridge and I almost went off into the water. The bridge is on the way to my boyfriends house and the first time I drove over it after the accident I couldnt breathe, heart started racing and I was crying. Ever since then I drive the long way around. I cant sleep at night and I have awful nightmares about it. Even thinking of talking about it makes me sick. I also get nervous every time someone I care about gets in a vehicle because Im scared Im going to lose them. I dont know how to cope with this.
