...See more I don't know where to start... I'm sorry if this is all over the place.... I don't recognize myself anymore. I have so many thoughts, feeling, worries running through my head that it seems like I'm in a never ended marathon and time is running out. I want to be happy but can't find any reason to be happy and when I do finally feel like I'm doing good, something happens. Something pops up. I know some of us feel stronger than most. And I think people think I just nag but I'm not trying to im just trying to work on triggers or help them understand me. I have beautiful kiddos and that's something to be happy about but I have no energy. None. And when I do, it's strictly non stop cleaning. I can't sit for a second or everything comes flowing. I have to keep busy. I have feelings stuff is going on with relationships but no valid evidence that it is happening, so then I feel crazy. I feel so much and it's hurts so much. Every day getting out of bed gets hard and harder. And for what reason? People have it so much harder than I do and I just seem to have pitty parties for myself. Ive tried journaling, I've tried the shadow book, ive tried and now I'm growing tired of running this marathon.....
