Idk
I don't know where to start... I'm sorry if this is all over the place.... I don't recognize myself anymore. I have so many thoughts, feeling, worries running through my head that it seems like I'm in a never ended marathon and time is running out. I want to be happy but can't find any reason to be happy and when I do finally feel like I'm doing good, something happens. Something pops up. I know some of us feel stronger than most. And I think people think I just nag but I'm not trying to im just trying to work on triggers or help them understand me. I have beautiful kiddos and that's something to be happy about but I have no energy. None. And when I do, it's strictly non stop cleaning. I can't sit for a second or everything comes flowing. I have to keep busy. I have feelings stuff is going on with relationships but no valid evidence that it is happening, so then I feel crazy. I feel so much and it's hurts so much. Every day getting out of bed gets hard and harder. And for what reason? People have it so much harder than I do and I just seem to have pitty parties for myself. Ive tried journaling, I've tried the shadow book, ive tried and now I'm growing tired of running this marathon.....
Mental illness is not a competition as to who has it the hardest. You are suffering and in pain, That is all that matters.
What kinds of people are you trying to talk through some of this with? You deserve to find some peace. @optimisticShade4412
Thats some pretty heavy energy. Thank you for sharing. You are not alone there are many people out there that struggle as you are. Hopefully you are able to connect and share expierences and tips and tricks. I personally had to buckle down and realized that some self care is necessary or burn out will take over.

Not much to add to the wise answers above.
You deserve to feel well.
You have the right to lower the standards of order and cleanliness in the house and take more time to rest and do things you enjoy.
Have you tried therapy?
@optimisticShade4412 huggs you tightly ❤ honey, it doesn't matter how hard it easy anyones life has been, and it's not a question of strength. Your have the right t feel and have the same emotions/struggles as anyone else.❤ Plus that's not important, what's important is getting yourself better. Our brains work in strange ways that we just don't understand. Be kind to yourself during this time. And possibly try for a therapist, that is just a suggestion. I know it's seems like this will never end, it'll never get any easier. But it will🤗 and we are all here for you every step of the way ❤ and congratulations on your beautiful kiddos ❤ that's a true blessing
Thank you everyone. I have done therapy but it seems more of a talk and vent. I don't get much from my therapist of steps of helping in aspects of my life. I'm sorry to throw so much to you guys. Ive tried talking to my husband about all this and I don't get much back but it being my fault because of my mental health. I just want to feel normal again, happy again.... Every day gets harder and harder to get up from bed.

Hi there!
You deserve to get enough support in proportion to your problem.
I congratulate you that you took the initiative to do therapy.
If one therapist doesn't work, you can try another.
Sometimes might take many trials until you find one that is a good fit for you, that you feel makes a difference.
You might also benefit from appropriate medication, you can consult a psychiatrist for that.
In 7 Cups you can vent and rant as much as you wish. There is no "too much" here.
You can come here every single day and tell your ups and downs, complain about misfortunes and celebrate the little victories.
I hope you find some moments of tranquility and times of contentment, when you can enjoy at least little, even tiny things. 🌼
May you start feeling better little by little. 💜
I am sorry that even finding therapy and support has been a struggle. What kinds of steps are you wanting to take right now? @optimisticShade4412
@optimisticShade4412 gives you a giant tiny hug ❤❤ your welcome to vent here as much as you need sweetie, venting definitely helps. Just be kind to yourself during this time. Gives you a giant tiny hug ❤❤ we are all here for you
@optimisticShade4412 you know I feel like you many times, I too have two sweet little girls, a good husband, seemingly happy life. But sometimes we just struggle. With life, with trauma, with memories, with grief, or simply with the everyday routine.
If I can give any advice, a lot of self care and venting does it for me. Your mental health is more important than doing the dishes and having the house clean. Sometimes just getting out of bed in the morning is enough. Don't be so hard on yourself, give yourself a nice hot bath or shower every day and a little self-care reward for every little thing you are able to do during the day. Not everything has to be perfect all the time.
You are a great mom but you are exhausted, overwhelmed. And you cannot take care of anyone when your cup is empty. You need a lot of rest and care. And please know that in time your brain starts to pump the right sh*t again and you will be able to feel happiness again. Sending hugs, you've got this ❤️
