...See more For over 5 years, I've been wanting to start doing Historical European Martial Arts. I dont know much about it, but I want to learn and it seems like something fun that will really help me in many aspects of my life. Tomorrow, a HEMA instructor said I could come watch in on a beginners class. I need to go, but I am terrified. I am so shy and so awkward, and I am terrified. Help!!
