Anxiety taking over

...See more I've been having a lot of anxiety lately due to work 7 days a week for the past two months. And also planning a baby.. my boyfriend just lost his grandmother yesterday morning and when I'm not at work my anxiety is gonna make my head explode trying to keep it in. I've been trying to be so strong for him but seeing him like this and him not being home much it's taking a toll on me. Also, my 3 year old son doesn't understand anything that is going on and it's his great grandmother, I'm just so past overwhelmed, I'm starting to really lose it mentally
