...See more I’m really having a hard time right now, I tend to have this breakdowns. I’ve been seeing a therapist for a year and have no improvement, counsel words from my closest “friends” aren’t working anymore. What do I do when no word seems to help the way I feel? I look for something that I don’t even know what it is but can’t find any consolation in words or other people
