Help for female struggling with masturbation

...See more I’m a female who struggles with masturbation and am looking for some help/accountability. I know a lot of people view masturbation as something healthy and normal, but let me start out by saying this is not the case with me. For me personally it’s an unhealthy, addictive behavior that is impacting my wellbeing and my relationship with my spouse. So anyone who can accept or agree with that perspective would be helpful. Please don’t comment encouraging this behavior, because it is VERY triggering! Are there any listeners that are willing to offer advice/accountability on this issue? It feels weird to message someone randomly about this since it’s such a personal topic, but this is an issue that is so hard to find female accountability and support with from this perspective. Any advice/support appreciated!
